On February 28, 2018, Carver Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, stockholders considered the election of directors, the ratification of the independent registered public accountants, and an advisory vote to approve the compensation paid to the Company’s named executive officers. The vote of the stockholders was as follows:
