Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (the “Company”) today announced the results of its Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on February 21, 2014, at the Company’s offices located at Kibbutz Sdot Yam, MP Menashe 37804, Israel.
At the Meeting, all proposals on the agenda were adopted other than proposal No. 2: Approval of Compensation Policy.
