Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 9, 2004, Mr. Jim L. Hanna submitted a voluntary resignation from his position as a Director of the Company, effective January 26, 2005. Mr. Hanna informed the Chairman that he was resigning in order to lessen his involvement in outside projects. The resignation did not relate to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
