On June 3, 2013, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued an order (the Order) in connection with Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc.s lawsuit challenging the City of San Rafaels rent control ordinance. Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. intends to file a petition for review by the United States Supreme Court.
The Order is included in this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
