Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 1, 2007, Hitachi Chemical Company and Innovative Glass
Corporation, both licensees of Research Frontiers Incorporated,
jointly announced in a press release that the first deliveries have
commenced of SPD-Smart light-control film from Hitachi Chemical's
new wide-width coating line. Innovative Glass Corp.
reports that these first rolls of SPD-Smart film from Hitachi's
high-capacity coating line have now been delivered for use in
various construction projects.
