Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 10, 2007, Hitachi Chemical Company and Research Frontiers
Incorporated, jointly announced in a press release that
Hitachi Chemical has committed to pay Research Frontiers 96 million yen
in order to gain guaranteed access to the latest developments in patented
SPD-Smart(tm) light-control technology developed by Research Frontiers
Inc. over the next two years.
