On October 31, 2018, Carl M. Carlotti, President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (Distribution Corporation), provided notice to National Fuel Gas Company (the Company) of his intention to retire, effective February 1, 2019. Distribution Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, constitutes the Companys Utility segment.
