Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 8, 2019, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018 on February 8, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. E.S.T. An archived recording of the call is available for two weeks following the call at (855) 859-2056 in the United States or (404) 537-3406 outside of the United States. The access code for the replay is 1095818. The archived webcast will also be available through the Company’s website at www.rewalk.com under the “Investors” section for 30 days after the completion of the call.
