Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Trio-Tech International, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on November 28, 2016. At the meeting, the Company’s shareholders voted on (1) the election of directors and (2) an advisory vote on the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers as described in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 11, 2016.
