The Company had operating income for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2022 and 2021 of $1.0 million and $1.7 million, respectively.Revenue for the nine-month period ended March 31, 2022 was $43.0 million compared to $46.5 million for the nine-month period ended March 31, 2021, a decrease of $3.5 million or 7.6%.
