(NYSE: PAAS) (TSX: PAAS) ("Pan American" or the "Company") reported the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 10, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Meeting"). Each of the matters voted upon at the Meeting are described in detail in the Company's Management Information Circular dated March 17, 2023, which is available on the Company's website at https://www.panamericansilver.com/invest/financial-reports-and-filings/. A total of 135,458,670 common shares were represented at the meeting, being 64.30% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares as at the record date. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the Meeting, including setting the number of directors at eleven, the election of management’s nominees as directors, the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year, the acceptance of the Company’s approach to executive compensation, known as “say-on-pay”, and increasing the number of common shares that Pan American is authorized to issue. Newly elected directors and retirement of Michael Carroll Pan American would like to welcome the following new members who were elected to our Board of Directors: Chantal Gosselin, John Begeman, Alexander Davidson, and Kimberly Keating. These individuals have a wealth of experience and expertise and the Company believes that they will be excellent additions to our Board. Michael Carroll, a valued and long-serving member of our Board, did not stand for re-election. Among his many contributions, Mr. Carroll served as the Chair of our Audit Committee since 2011.
