This expansive project, supported by a $4.0 million investment, will introduce state-of-the-art enhancements to the existing facilities and is part of UAC's ongoing commitment to providing exceptional fitness and wellness experiences in the DC area. The expansion at 445 K Street NW includes significantly enlarged locker rooms for both men and women, a new hot yoga studio offering heated barre and heated Pilates classes, and an additional expansive dumbbell area to accommodate more strength training options. The City Vista location will also feature a newly designed turf and Abs/Stretch area to support dynamic workouts and core training. Adding to the expansion is a brand new Bang Salon at City Vista, equipped with its own street-level entrance on 5th Street. This location will continue Bang Salon’s tradition of providing top-tier hair care and styling services. An expanded Aura spa will offer complete recovery services, including IV treatments, full-body cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), Hydrafacials, and lymphatic drainage massage, reflecting UAC’s holistic approach to wellness. As part of this major expansion at City Vista, UAC will be closing its nearby location at VIDA Gallery Place in the Capital One Arena.
