REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On December 18, 2014, American Airlines Group Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), reached a joint collective bargaining agreement (the “new agreement”) with the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (“APFA”), the union that represents American’s more than 24,000 flight attendants. The new agreement is based on the terms and conditions established on December 13, 2014 by an arbitration process undertaken pursuant to prior agreements between American and APFA and the wage scales included in the tentative joint collective bargaining agreement previously announced on September 19, 2014. The new agreement does not require ratification and is effective immediately with the wage increases being effective January 1, 2015.
