On April 20, 2006, Gilead Sciences, Inc. announced the pricing, on April 19, 2006, of its private offering of $600 million principal amount of 0.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2011 and $600 million principal amount of 0.625% Convertible Senior Notes due 2013.
