Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 8, 2013, Regions Financial Corporation (the “Company”) sent a redemption notice to U.S. Bank National Association, the Institutional Trustee for Park Meridian Statutory Trust I, which will result in the redemption on August 22, 2013 of the 10.20% Capital Securities issued by Park Meridian Statutory Trust I at a redemption price equal to 104.08% of the liquidation amount of the securities ($1,000 per security) plus accrued and unpaid distributions. The aggregate principal amount of 10.20% Capital Securities outstanding is approximately $3 million. The redemption will be funded with cash on hand.

In accordance with general instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, this information is being furnished and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
