Regulation FD.

 

On March 4, 2019, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2018 on Thursday, March 7, 2019 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
