Matador Resources Company Announces Revised Dividend Policy and Doubles Quarterly Cash Dividend

Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (“Matador” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) amended the Company’s dividend policy pursuant to which the Company intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on its common stock of $0.05 per share, which is an increase from its prior policy of $0.025 per share initiated earlier this year. Pursuant to this revised policy, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock payable on December 1, 2021 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2021.
