Attributes 29,462% Revenue Growth to proprietary software engineered by Founder and AI Innovation
LPT Aperture Holdings, the parent company of LPT Realty, Aperture Global Real Estate, and Listing Power Tools, today announced it has been ranked No. 2 overall on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a prestigious list recognizing the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America. LPT Aperture Holdings achieved an extraordinary 29,462% revenue growth over the three-year period evaluated.
Robert Palmer, Founder and CEO of LPT Aperture Holdings, credits the company’s explosive growth to founder-engineered proprietary software, leadership at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation and an industry ready for disruption.
Palmer wrote the original code for Listing Power Tools at his kitchen table, creating the foundation for an AI-driven marketing platform that transformed real estate. As the sole shareholder, he built LPT Aperture without outside investors, maintaining full ownership and creative control as it grew into one of North America’s fastest-growing companies, reaching a current revenue run rate of around $700 million with operations across the U.S. and abroad.
“This recognition is more than a milestone; it’s validation of a vision. We started as a technology platform to help real estate agents sell homes faster and get the best results for their clients,” said Robert Palmer, Founder and CEO. “In 2022, we pivoted to operating as a brokerage so we could truly partner with the agents we serve. That decision allowed us to prove what our technology could do at scale.”
Under Palmer’s leadership, LPT Aperture Holdings has evolved into a technology and real estate enterprise that is redefining how property transactions are powered, scaled, and experienced. The launch of LPT Realty marked the fastest brokerage expansion in industry history. In 2025, the company introduced Aperture Global, a new luxury brand designed to change how exceptional properties are marketed and sold around the world.
The 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 122% to 29,738%, with an average growth rate of 1,079%. LPT Aperture Holdings’ second-place ranking places it among an elite group of innovators driving transformation across the North American economy.
