Tim Mudd joins as Managing Director, Business Development

Oakland Capital Solutions (“OCS”), the advisory and capital markets platform of Oakland Capital Partners (“OCP”), today announced the hiring of Tim Mudd as Managing Director, Business Development to further strengthen the firm’s strategic origination and distribution capabilities.

Tim joins OCS with nearly twenty years of experience in institutional finance, bringing a proven track record across equity sales, distribution, and global capital markets. He has previously held roles at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and BNP Paribas, where he has advised a broad spectrum of institutional clients on market strategy, portfolio positioning, and capital allocation. In his new role, Tim will lead OCS’ strategic outreach and investor engagement efforts, overseeing the development of client partnerships and capital-raising initiatives.

Tim holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC.
