“I came up with the Jack Potts character idea four years ago” said Matt Hardin, founder of Matt Hardin Law. “I’m excited for the campaign to finally be brought to life, and to poke fun at the ambulance chaser reputation and set ourselves apart.” The campaign features Jack Potts in various scenarios highlighting the absurdity of the ambulance chaser stereotype, including him focusing more on playing tennis than his clients, and settling cases at the first offer. Shot in a style that’s reminiscent of “The Office,” each video takes a humorous look into the life of an “Ambulance Chaser.”
