On October 25, 2007, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007.  The release also includes the Company’s estimates related to its fiscal 2008 second quarter and full year net sales and diluted net earnings per common share from continuing operations.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
