On Tuesday, February 10, 2009, representatives of Intrepid Potash, Inc. (the “Company”) are scheduled to attend and present at the Goldman Sachs Thirteenth Annual Agricultural Biotech Forum.  On Wednesday, February 18, 2009, representatives of the Company are scheduled to attend and present at the Morgan Stanley Global Basic Materials Conference.  A copy of the slides for the Company’s presentations at these events is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
