On May 28, 2009, Intrepid Potash, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its annual stockholders’ meeting at the Pecos River Village Conference Center in Carlsbad, New Mexico, at 4:30 p.m. local time.  A copy of the presentation to be made by representatives of the Company at the meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
