The Company expects to report net sales of approximately $6,034,000 for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005, as compared to net sales of $8,126,000 for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, and to report net sales of approximately $22,710,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2005 compared to net sales of $28,611,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2004. The Company expects to report a net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 of approximately $(416,000) compared to a net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 of $(150,000), and to report a net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2005 of approximately $(385,000) compared to net income of $86,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2004.
