(b) Murali Balasubramanyam ceased to serve as Executive Vice President of HR and Recruiting of the registrant effective April 6, 2011. In connection with such cessation, Mr. Balasubramanyam will receive the payments and other benefits provided for in Section 8(b) of his Executive Employment Agreement, dated March 25, 2009 and filed as exhibit 10.10 to the Annual Report of Form 10-K filed by the registrant on March 17, 2011 and incorporated by reference herein.
