As of March 14, 2013, the Company has not completed the preparation of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 29, 2012. The Company will not be able, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 29, 2012, on March 14, 2013. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K within the fifteen day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
