Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 17, 2014, Ferro Corporation issued a press release announcing it would conduct a conference call on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its 2013 fourth-quarter and full-year results. During the call, the Company will also provide its current view of business conditions for 2014.
