This Amendment No. 2 to Schedule 13G (this “Amendment”) is being filed with respect to the Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Cvent, Inc. (the “Issuer”), to amend the Schedule 13G filed on February 12, 2014 (as amended by this Amendment and Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G filed on February 6, 2015, the “Schedule 13G”). This Amendment is being filed to report that none of the Reporting Persons beneficially own more than 5% of the Common Stock.
