On June 18, 2009, the registrant issued a press release announcing the execution of a proposal to discuss a cooperative arrangement with Cook County Board President Todd H. Stroger and the Commissioners of Cook County; the Cook County Health and Hospitals Systems Board; and the Ruth M. Rothsteins CORE Centers Foundation.
