Mr. Kaae has worked for Black Construction for more than 40 years, most recently leading the firm’s operations and its approximately 2,000 employees as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Under Mr. Kaae’s leadership, Black Construction has grown to be the largest general contractor in Guam and the second-largest employer on the island (behind the U.S. federal government).
