On January 9, 2019, Acuity Brands, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or similar references) issued a press release containing information about our results of operations for our fiscal quarter ended November 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
