Change in the Board of Directors of Banco Bradesco S.A.
Banco Bradesco S.A. (“Bank”) informs its shareholders, clients, employees and the market in general that the names of Messrs. Domingos Figueiredo de Abreu, Alexandre da Silva Glüher, Josué Augusto Pancini and Maurício Machado de Minas, current Executive Vice Presidents, will be submitted to the shareholders for resolution at the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for March 12, 2018, in order to compose the Board of Directors of the Bank.
We also inform that their names will be part of the proposal for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting that will be convened on February 7, 2018.
