Item 8.01  Other Events.

On February 25, 2019, Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced an increase in the quarterly common stock dividend from $0.52 per share to $0.545 per share.  The dividend is payable June 3, 2019 to holders of record as of May 15, 2019.  A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
