Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 25, 2013, Passport Potash Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the completion of the first phase of drilling on the Hopi private land that is “checker-boarded” with the Company’s southern landholdings in the Holbrook Basin in Northern Arizona, which news release includes the results for all first phase drill holes.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
