Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 10, 2008, the Federal Register reflected that the new drug application for telavancin, Theravances bactericidal, once-daily injectable antibiotic proposed to treat complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI) caused by Gram-positive bacteria, has been assigned a review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administrations Anti-Infective Drug Advisory Committee at 8:00 a.m. EST on February 27th, 2008.
