Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On March 13, 2008, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s
financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. A copy of this press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
