On January 30, 2019, First National Corporation (the “Company”) participated in the FIG Partners Bank CEO Forum in Phoenix.
An investor presentation, which includes information regarding the Company’s financial results, business strategies and trends, is intended to be made available to shareholders, analysts and investors. A copy of the presentation to investors is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
