Liberty Tax, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2018 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period due to the Company’s recent engagement of Cherry Bekaert LLP as its new independent registered public accounting firm on June 28, 2018. The Company intends to file its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended October 31, 2017 and January 31, 2018 and the Form 10-K as soon as practicable.
