Item 8.01.    Other Events
 
On November 12, 2013, we announced that the independent arbitrator in our dispute with the Starbucks Coffee Company ("Starbucks") over a license and supply agreement related to the Starbucks packaged coffee business had issued his ruling. He ruled that Starbucks must pay more than $2.7 billion in total cash compensation for its unilateral termination of the agreement. The award includes compensation for the fair market value of the agreement, a premium for improper termination and interest.
