(the Company), dated September 26, 2013, regarding the proposed acquisition of the Company (the Merger) pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the Merger Agreement) between the Company, Cisco Systems, Inc., a California corporation (Parent), and Shasta Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (Merger Sub), is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
