Other Events

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (the “Company”) today announced the commencement of cash tender offers for up to $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of certain of the Company’s outstanding debt securities (the “Offers”). A copy of the press release announcing the commencement of the Offers is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
