On July 1, 2014, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”), had filed a patent infringement lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on June 30, 2014 against Symantec Corporation (“Symantec”), alleging infringement of Finjan patents relating to endpoint, web, and network security technologies.
 
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
