On March 25, 2013, Art’s-Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the “Company”) mailed its annual report, which included a letter from the Chairman of the Board to the Company’s stockholders. The letter included net sales and other financial expectations for fiscal year ending November 30, 2013. A copy of the letter to stockholders is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report, and is incorporated by reference herein.
