On February 7, 2019, Knowles Corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2018 and posted on its website at http://investor.knowles.com presentation slides for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2018. Knowles Corporation's quarterly financial conference call and webcast will be held on February 7, 2019. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and a copy of the presentation slides is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
