On September 8, 2009, Daniel N. Tonissen, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
(principal financial officer) and a member of the Board of Directors, notified EZCORP, Inc.
that he will retire from the company and the Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2009.
