Philadelphia nurse fatally shoots co-worker at hospital, wounds 2 officers in gunfight

A nurse entered Thomas Jefferson University Hospital wearing his scrubs early Monday and fatally shot his co-worker before fleeing and squaring off with police in a gunfight, authorities said.
