Item 8.01. Other Events.
 
On May 20, 2009, Aerosonic Corporation issued a press release to announce that it entered into three loan agreements to secure financing for up to $2 Million.  A description of the transactions and copies of the loan agreements, subordinated notes and forms of warrants included in a Form 8-K were filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 20, 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
