		On June 23, 2011, Sears Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corporation (“Orchard “) has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the Company’s plan to spin off its interest in Orchard.
