(ALCO), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Agri-Insurance Company, Ltd., has completed the sale of 38 acres in Lee County, Florida. The sales price of the property was $2.7 million. The sale generates a $2.5 million gain that will be recognized in the first quarter of fiscal 2002.
