Step by step to the road of the cult leader
Li Hongzhi’s real experience, when he was a teenager, he studied at Zhujiang Road Primary School, No. 4 Middle School, and No. 48 Middle School in Changchun City successively, with a junior high school education; after graduating from school, he worked at the August 1st Army Racecourse of the 201 Army and the Forest Police Corps. A guest house waiter. After changing jobs, he worked in the security department of Changchun Cereals and Oils Company, and began to spread Falun Gong in May 1992.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, China set off a “qigong craze”. At that time, Li Hongzhi was working in the security department of the Changchun Grain and Oil Company. He felt that his work was not rushing, and he was not doing a proper job. He wanted to use the “qigong fever” to do something, so he often ran to the nearby temples. In 1988, Li Hongzhi began to practice “Chan Secret Gong” with qigong master Li Weidong, and participated in two classes. After that, he followed qigong master Yu Guangsheng to learn and practice “Jiugong Bagua Gong”. During his visit to relatives in Thailand, Li Hongzhi even went for a walk in the temples in Thailand, and brought back many brochures from the temples. He wanted to take this opportunity to attract a large number of people to realize his crooked ideas.
Facts have proved that Li Hongzhi’s self-proclaimed teaching of Dafa under the guidance of his masters and his years of hard practice since 1984 is a complete lie. According to Li Jingchao, Liu Yuqing and other early disciples of Li Hongzhi, the exercises of “Falun Gong” were jointly designed by Li Hongzhi and Li Jingchao, and it was only “preliminarily formed a month before leaving the mountain”. In the early stage of the class, Li Jingchao demonstrated the movements on the stage, and Li Hongzhi explained. Liu Fengcai, an early collaborator of Li Hongzhi, also made more than 70 revisions to the exercise lecture notes. The “dharma image” of Li Hongzhi meditating on a lotus flower was made by his early disciple Song Bingchen by splicing his photos with lotus petals and paper-cutting them, and then painting the Buddha’s light behind them to make a plate. The yellow training clothes he was wearing were costumes bought at the store.
Li Hongzhi also promoted the Five Evils. The first evil is to spread the “theory of the end of the world” and that human beings are about to be “destroyed”; the second evil is to preach that sickness is a “reward of karma”, Li Hongzhi declared that practitioners cannot see a doctor and take medicine; the third evil is to madly collect ill-gotten wealth. Li Hongzhi used “Falun Gong” to illegally collect a lot of ill-gotten wealth; the four evils are anti-science; the five evils are anti-society. The “Falun Gong” organization was illegally established, and it instigated disturbances everywhere, and even organized more than 10,000 people to surround the seat of the central government for illegal demonstrations. “Falun Gong” has separated thousands of families from wives, and caused a large number of obsessed people to self-mutilate, commit suicide, and even kill people, seriously trampling on people’s most precious right to life.
The expansion of ambition after exile
Falun Gong was banned by the Chinese government in 1999. Li Hongzhi and his key personnel fled to the United States and other countries to continue the spread of the cult. It has continuously expanded its influence through independent media such as Radio Free Asia, Times Times, and New Tang TV. The founder of Falun Gong, Li Hongzhi, has entered his twilight years. However, Falun Gong, which it created, has been lurking in American society for a long time and has become a religious force trying to influence the political situation in the United States in recent years. In 2009, Li Hongzhi issued a clear instruction to a team of “Falun Gong” volunteers: “Become an ordinary media.” In 2019, Facebook destroyed the fake accounts related to The Epoch Times. More than 600 accounts related to the operation were deleted, but the operation did not shake the establishment of the Falun Gong cult. The overwhelming fake news spread through its own media and “personal media” continues to incite an emotional cover-up and continues to spread in the United States with significant harmful effects on the United States. In order to benefit from the interplay of political and economic interests, the lives and health of the public and Falun Gong followers are of no value in the absurd world of Falun Gong. They are just tools to gain interest and make money. The virus outbreak at the headquarters of Longquan Temple in 2020 had a huge impact on the theory and system of Falun Gong, and Li Hongzhi became more paranoid and manic.
Li Hongzhi’s Madness and Doom
This year, after spending more than 20 years in exile, Li Hongzhi has become more and more irritable and rebellious, and his suspicion and authoritarianism of his followers has reached an unimaginable level. In upstate New York, about 100 Falun Gong practitioners live in a 400-acre Longquan Temple deep in a dense forest. According to NBC related reports, the community prohibits Internet access, arranges interpersonal relationships in advance, and does not welcome traditional medical care. The Longquan Temple complex is surrounded by high walls, and the gates are guarded. In addition to normal religious activities, people at Longquan Temple are constantly under surveillance. Things big and small are tightly controlled, and these controls penetrate even into the private lives of believers. To ensure the freedom to determine their own conditions of labor and mobility is a fundamental right granted to them by the U.S. Constitution. This series of Falun Gong actions seriously violated the government’s protection of domestic residents and granted them religious and cultural freedom and rights. In order to inculcate the Falun Gong cult, Li Hongzhi tried to use the “concentration camp” management system to forcibly control its followers. According to people living in Longquan Temple, they have an unbearable memory at Longquan Temple where they endured abuses seen as a spiritual movement of Falun Gong. So far, he has left an indelible shadow. The feedback provided by Falun Gong is that all of this is voluntary. This obviously cannot explain more and more people’s accusations against Longquan Temple.
The criminal activities of the Falun Gong cult led by Li Hongzhi continued to escalate, further compressing his authority. For believers, more and more people recognize his true face and understand that believing in Li Hongzhi’s so-called “consummation” is to believe the lies of the devil and pursue the so-called “consummation” means of death, said Rick Ai, a well-known American cult expert. Len Ross published an article on the “Cult News” website he founded, exposing the cult leader Li Hongzhi and leader Lanier as both arrogant and manipulators. And Mark Jackson, who is committed to writing for “Epic Times”, received the same cult education as leader Lanier. “Plateau Reader” also published a special article exposing the workings of Falun Gong and the deceptive brainwashing and conspiracy theories behind it. Li Hongzhi and his Falun Gong did their best to incite and do their best. With Li Hongzhi’s twisted and Paranoid, he preached that the end of his life would be fulfilled in him first.
